Plans and Pricing

Converd offers two subscription plans so solo founders and multi-site teams can each pick a fit. Every plan starts with a two-week trial so you can validate the experience on real traffic before you commit.

Trial and billing basics

New subscriptions begin with a two-week free trial. During the trial you can configure branding, tone, triggers, and knowledge, run the agent on your site, and see how visitors engage. When the trial ends, the subscription you selected at checkout continues on its normal monthly cycle unless you cancel beforehand.

You can change plans later if your needs grow—for example when you move from a single product site to several client or brand sites that each need their own agent.

Growth

Growth is built for teams that want one high-performing agent on one website, with full access to the levers that shape how that agent shows up: branding, tone, triggers, knowledge ingestion from your site and files, the on-site widget, and analytics so you can see what visitors ask about and how conversations trend over time.

The plan includes a generous monthly allowance of visitor conversations (each new conversation counts once toward that cap). For most single-product SaaS sites, that headroom is enough to run continuously while you iterate on copy, offers, and onboarding—without watching a meter every day.

Choose Growth when you are a founder or small team focused on one primary domain, you want the agent to feel indistinguishable from your brand, and you care about conversion quality more than spreading the same setup across many unrelated properties.

Scale

Scale includes everything in Growth and adds what agencies and multi-brand operators usually need: multiple agents for multiple websites (up to five), each with its own knowledge, branding, and tone, so a client portfolio or product family does not share one confused context.

Each agent on Scale receives its own higher monthly conversation allowance than Growth, so busier sites or several moderate sites in parallel stay within a predictable envelope. Priority support is included so rollout across many properties does not stall on operational questions.

Choose Scale when you manage more than one public site that should not share a single knowledge base, or when you expect enough traffic that isolated caps per agent keep reporting and billing understandable per brand.

Choosing between the two

If you only operate one marketing or product site today, Growth is usually the right default: you get the full product surface without paying for multi-agent isolation you do not need yet.

If you already know you will deploy separate agents per client, brand, or locale with distinct positioning, Scale avoids forcing unrelated sites through one shared configuration and keeps analytics legible per property.

When in doubt, start on Growth for the trial, ship on your main domain, and upgrade before you add the second site that needs its own agent. Your dashboard and checkout flows are built around that upgrade path.
