Converd is the controller for personal data processed in connection with the service, within the scope described in the Privacy Policy. The policy specifies the controller's identity and address in Germany, applicable legal bases under the GDPR, retention, and data subject rights.
Chat and related functions may involve processing via OpenAI APIs. Section 4 (AI Processing) of the Privacy Policy describes categories of data and purpose limitation. The policy states that data is processed only to provide the requested functionality and is not used to train AI models.
We use identified vendors as sub-processors for defined purposes (e.g. authentication, database, hosting, payments, infrastructure, content delivery, AI). Section 5 (Service Providers) of the Privacy Policy lists those providers. Where required, processing is governed by GDPR-aligned contractual safeguards.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe acting as payment service provider. Card and billing data are handled under Stripe's terms and as described in the Privacy Policy.
